Hi, i am trying to install a memorex 6142u scanner to my windows 98/millenium computer, a compaq presario bought in 2000. it has a usb port, but even tho have a usb port on the computr and the scanner is plugged in, i see no light on or any sign that the scanner is working. how do you know if this scanner works if there is no power button or any buttons at all on it? sounds like a dumb question, but this is my first scanner. a friend left it behind when he moved out. he had a similiar computer.

JM ordered up this dvd, and I picked it out of a lineup. Plotwise, the film is Godzilla meets War of the Worlds, and stylewise it is Blair Witch Project meets 28 Days Later. Both of those last two scared the bejeezus out of me, so.
