The smaller independent film can be reasonably successful in their own right, even to rival the blockbusters. These blockbuster movies usually have a story concerning high stakes for the protagonist, and severe consequences for failure on their part. These stakes will take the form a high concept theme and production value. The high action plot very often has two storylines running together.
